Mazamba Youth Hockey Tournament Series Tryout Information
After successful registration for tryouts, an information packet regarding tryout venues and times (as well as other required paperwork, contained in the information packet, to bring to the tryout location) will be distributed electronically to the player’s registered email, on or by December 23, 2009.
Please note, you will receive specific instructions on your tryout location and time in this information. Please check our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) section for answers to common questions.
Each player will be required to check in one (1) hour prior to the tryout time and must bring the following information with him/her:
1. USA Hockey player card
2. Birth certificate or valid passport.
3. Registration confirmation, as emailed to you after completing the registration process.
4. Tryout informational packet with assorted authorization forms.
Tryouts will begin January 15, 2010 in the various states and/or regions the player is assigned and conclude on or before February 28, 2010.
States/Regions:
The following states and regions are currently designated as the tryout areas. All players will register according to their state of address, and will be assigned to the appropriate tryout location.
Once tryout assignments are made, no changes are allowed regarding tryout locations and times, unless directed by the MHNTS staff, in writing, prior to the tryout. Any unauthorized changes to tryout locations and/or times will result in the forfeiture of the registration fee.
The MYHTS Tournament committee reserves the right to change tryout locations within States and/or regions, or States that make up parts of regions after registration is complete to better accommodate tryout schedules and times.
